我的第一个Virtual Run 是 2016 2nd Skin 10km run.. 当时LSD 跑个10km 已经很厉害了, 还连续跑了3天赢得一份附属奖！

也是那时开始我真正的每个星期参加LSD..

过后参加了两场1000km 的 virtual run 后真心觉得有挑战才会让你有动力出外跑，也让自己进步 * 其实自己也不是进步很多，我混比较多*

一千公里的挑战

第一场(03/09/16-26/02/17) 跑了1350km..

第二场(17/03/17-09/09/17) 跑了 1234km..

在和战友们在Stadium 练跑时突然起义说倒不如自己也来搞个Virtual Run Challenge..

最后达成协议来个100days Challenge, 最少500km.

我们搞这个挑战是为了鼓励更多人跑步，不必快只要你有出来跑动就好了！

速度是可以慢慢练的！

RULES

1. You are required to complete atleast 500KM within given period, 23rd Sept 2017 - 31st Dec 2017.

2. This is a Virtual Run Event, only outdoor running/walking activities are allowed. Non-workout related / nonoutdoor activities will be deemed invalid, such as walking during working hours and also inside the shopping mall.

3. Minimum distance to submit your activity atleast 2KM.

4. Activities shall be submit through Activity Submission Form, GPS links & Screenshots available.

5. Privacy settings of your workout need to be set as Public to allow our admins to review & verify.

6. For screenshots submission, details of Map, Distance, Split Time, Elapsed Time must be display clearly, please refer to sample screenshots.

7. Ranking and Distance will be update by daily basis.

8. Participants who are unable to complete the challenge within the stipulated period are considered DNF (Did Not Finish).

9. The Organizer reserved the right to implement new rules if the certain activity(ies) is/are found to be abusing the loopholes of the event T&C or taking advantages at the expense of other participants.
